Overview
Trapezoidal metal roofs are one of the most common surfaces for commercial and industrial solar installations. Our trapezoidal roof clamp series provides two proven mounting solutions for this roof type:
Fixed-angle clamps are precision-formed to match the trapezoid rib profile. They straddle the rib and are secured with bolts on both angled faces, with EPDM gaskets protecting the roof surface. Adjustable brackets offer height and lateral fine-tuning through slotted connections, and feature rubber padding plus 3M adhesive for secure, weld-free fixing on the rib.
Both types are manufactured from corrosion-resistant metal and mount directly onto the roof profile without drilling or penetrating the roof sheet, preserving the roof's waterproof integrity. They provide a solid, level base for PV rails and panels on any trapezoidal roof system.
