Overview

The solar hanger bolt is designed to fasten PV mounting rails securely to roof beams and structural members, providing a strong and stable foundation for the entire solar array. Available in two versions to match the installation surface: a wood-beam version with a sharp self-tapping screw tip, and a steel-beam version with a threaded end and nuts.

Each assembly comes with a waterproof rubber gasket and metal washer that seal the roof penetration point, preventing water leakage around the bolt. An L-bracket at the top connects firmly to the mounting rail, completing a rigid, weather-tight mounting point that stands up to wind load and long-term outdoor exposure.
